Lotus Cleaner Sanitiser 5L: Eco Mall New Zealand

Lotus Cleaner/ Sanitiser 5L is a multi-purpose cleaner suitable for areas or surfaces where food is produced and prepared, served or stored.  Non-perfumed, and without colourant, this product is ideal for use on bench tops, cutting boards, food utensils, refrigerators, tables, chairs.  MPI approved C31.

Ideal for use in restaurants and cafes, bars, fast food & takeaway outlets, hotels, motels, food manufacturing, schools, universities, rest homes/aged care.

Food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.

Directions: Dilute one part cleaner/sanitiser with 5 parts water.  Decant into a spray bottle and spray area to be sanitised and cleaned.  Wipe off with clean paper towel.  For maximum sanitation, spray on after cleaning and let dry without wiping.
